Job Description
To manage the implementation of the Building Healthy and Resilient Schools Project delivered by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in partnership with the Australian Red Cross (ARC)
- Prepares overall project implementation plan and facilitate preparation of chapter-based implementation plan and budget.
- Oversees the chapter project implementation of activities according to target timeline.
- Monitors the progress of the chapter level implementation of all project activities through site visits, meeting with the chapter staff, volunteers and project partners.
- Conducts training and capacity building necessary for the project implementation.
- Provides technical and coaching sessions and professional development activities with the chapter staff and volunteers related to project activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing or any related courses.
- 2 years’ work experience in project/program development and management.
- Experience in community-based health programs.
- Preferably with experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred.
