Job Description
- Analyze detailed accounts with corresponding monthly recapitulations and summaries.
- Do general subsidiary ledger’s balances.
- Do schedule of account requiring and or correcting entries.
- Undertake first-hand recording and sorting/classifying of financial transaction on prescribed book of accounts.
- Both original and final entry books, journal, and ledgers.
- Coordinate with Staff and Officers concerned regarding liquidations of working sub-advances and prompt accomplishment of reimburse field expenses vouchers.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- To ensure timely updating of bookkeeping records.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Advise Head of Office through pertinent annotation on entries for baseline reference and appropriate basis for action.
- Assist in the preparation of the Chapter/Office annual budget proposal.
- Make compiled bookkeeping records a reference.
- Perform other duties and function that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration preferably major in Accounting.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
- Good communication skills.
