Job Description
- Participate and lead the Philippine Red Cross – Disability Inclusion Technical Working Group
- Support and co-facilitate Disability training workshops and capacity building activities
- Develop technique and strategies for the Disability Inclusion capacity building
- Develop tools to measure the impacts of the trainings
- Support the Disability Inclusion implementation, monitoring and coordination of activities and ensuring compliance with the reporting requirements
- Take lead in the documentation, capitalization of training, workshops and meetings
- Mentor Disability Inclusion focal persons
- Support the Social Services and Disability Inclusion Advisor in drawing up Disability Inclusion budget forecast.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degreein Social Work, Social Sciences, Community Development or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in relevant operations role
- Knowledge in the disability legislation both at the national and international level
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred (or with similar humanitarian/international organization)
