Job Description
To coordinate the implementation of Swiss Red Cross (SRC) funded Typhoon Haiyan Recovery projects delivered by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) by working in close collaboration with the SRC delegates and project teams.
- Work closely with the Country Representative to reflect upon the implementation of SRC supported programs
- Organize and coordinate schedule from SRC Headquarters, donor agencies and other consultation with the Country Coordinator
- Communicate with the project team for maximization of resources and information dissemination
- Support the project staff with the monthly reporting on project implementation and progress, paying attention to critical analysis and reporting against output indicators
- Support the documentation of project’s best practices, case studies, publications and other communication and reporting requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of bachelor’s degree course
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications (Advanced Excel and Powerpoint)
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in project development and management or developmental work
- Knowledge in monitoring and reporting methodology is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the PRC structures, protocols and procedures is an advantage
