Job Description
Leadership
- Manage the performance of two HR Associates assigned in Talent Attraction;
Candidate Sourcing
- Coordinate with 3rd party provider of print and online job advertisements (e.g. Jobstreet, Kalibrr, LinkedIn etc.;
- Coordinate the build up of local networks in the branches such as schools, PESO, school organizations, etc.;
- Prepare/Review job advertisements;
Candidate Assessment
- Conduct preliminary screening of CVs submitted by candidates to determine their suitability to the position;
- Coordinate the scheduling of job interviews with the candidates and the interviewers;
- Conduct preliminary job interviews;
- Oversee the administration of tests including the review of test results;
- Ensure the timely feedback to candidates about the status of their application;
Placement
- Prepare Job Offers for Rank & File employees;
- Discuss/Negotiate Job Offers with candidates, when necessary;
- Brief successful candidates regarding the employment requirements and other relevant information to prepare the candidate in joining the company;
- Send Notice of Hiring via email to all concerned parties
- Prepare/Review/Issue employment documents to be issued to new employees (e.g. contract, ID, NPA) in a timely and accurate manner;
Report and Documenta Management
- Update Talent Attraction databases;
- Prepare TA report on a weekly basis;
Others
- Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
- At least 1 year experience in Recruitment
- Proven leadership skills or has high leadership potential
- Preferably a registered psychometrician
