Job Description
- Managing customer orders and forwarding that information to our operations team
- Handling customer complaints, exchanges and returns (by following company service protocols)
- Assisting customer inquiries by providing helpful information on sizing, returns policies and any other related questions.
- Reports to the company Director
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-years experience in the BPO industry
- Fluent spoken English
- Professional and proficient written English and grammar
- Computer skills
- Preferably a lady (as the job requires assisting customers with Women's sizing etc.)
