Job Description
- Work closely with Tech Management in formulating, developing, analyzing, and reporting on Key
- Performance Indicators and other metrics for the Tech organization
- Build and maintain middleware to support data collection
- Support development teams in building dashboards
- Support the Tech organization to become more data-driven in decision-making
Minimum Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development or any related course
- Has good understanding of working with databases and other data sources
- Has experience in working with software development, APIs and dashboard tools
- Has interest in working with KPIs/metrics/statistics
- Has worked in an agile environment, familiar with SCRUM
- Has experience working with tools such as JIRA, Sonarqube, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk,
- MySQL and confluence (an advantage but not required)
- Is service oriented, analytic, structured and with the ambition and will to learn
- Can work autonomously and independently, while keeping stakeholders informed about progress
- Is excellent in both oral and written English communication
- Is curious, responsible and committed
