Job Description

  • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define
  • scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to capture and detail the needed
  • business requirements
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information;
  • evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Create high-level wireframes, epics and user stories based on business requirements
  • Lead paper-based user testing during product design phase
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming
  • project team; establishing project budget
  • Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models
  • Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support
  • strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the clientgroup

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Strong experience in product development / requirements gathering
  • Strong experience in wire framing and user story creation
  • Ability to impact operations and effect change efficiently
  • User centric thinking to create best practise solutions
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
