Executive Assistant

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Lemi Executives’ calendars
    • Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
    • Making restaurant bookings, travel and accommodation arrangements, and the like
  • Maintain an organized system of Lemi Executives’ personal and company files
  • Manage Executives’ meeting minutes
    • Recap all things discussed
    • Identify action items
  • Keep track of the Lemi Executives’ urgent and priority items in to-dos
  • Conserve Executives’ time by reading, researching, routing, and collecting relevant information
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and provide general administrative support
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain and uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any course
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar, Docs, Slides, and Sheets
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Great eye for detail and keen ability to follow instructions
  • Great time management and organization skills
  • Work ethic and integrity aligned with international standards
