Job Description
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be working alongside the company’s PR and Marketing department to increase brand awareness and improve marketing and sales by planning and implementing strategic and effective social media campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the company’s social media presence
- Source photos/videos and write engaging captions aligned with Finds’ branding
- Define important KPIs for Facebook and Instagram
- Interact with the Finds community
- Establish partnerships with professionals and individuals to build company’s network
- Collaborate with PR and Marketing, Product Development, Content, and Visuals teams to develop and implement social media campaigns
- Manage and oversee each execution
- Measure success of every campaign
- Provide constructive feedback
- Stay up to date with latest social media trends and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any course
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Great eye for detail and refined taste in content and visuals
- Keen ability to follow instructions
- Great time management and organization skills
- Possesses work ethic and integrity that meet the company’s international standards
Bonus Qualifications
- Excellent presentation skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite skills
- Fluency in language/s other than Filipino and English
