- Manage and coordinate the entire spectrum of daily operation of HR.
- Ensure optimization of HR Activities across the brands through active recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
- Oversee compliance of statutory requirement & Government regulation in matters pertaining to payroll and terms and condition of service.
- Update and revise all HR documents, policies and procedure and informing all employees accordingly.
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives as Strategic from corporate (Thailand), Recruiting, workforce planning, compensation planning, and review for business segment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role and a total of 5 years work experience in Human Resource field.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong knowledge in Labor law.
