Job Description
- Provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and Board of Directors.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and business partners if required.
- Manage executives’ diaries and arrange their daily schedule (set up meetings, travel, speaking engagements)
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the Board of Directors.
- Will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Maximum Age : 30 Years old
- Proven working experience as an executive assistant for at least 2 years.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and other related business connections.
- Multi-tasking, attention to details and flexible personality.
- Excellent time management and problem solving attitude.
- Able to adapt in Start-up organization culture.
