- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Oversees recruitment process
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures with the labor law.
- Attends labor cases.
- Manages training development of each organization
- Oversees all department’s objectives and goals.Bachel
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
- Relevant experience in the field of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
- With background/knowledge in ISO.
- A driven, self-motivated individual with positive attitude.
- Resourceful and has initiative.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
