- Diagnose and solve complex software, hardware and networking issues
- Provide application support to Finance, Accounting, Sales and Marketing teams
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and partners
- Works with cross-functional organizations to solve complex technical problems and follow reported problems through to resolution.
- Create clear and concise documentation in the form of case management notes, knowledge bases, process guides and others
- Use available support tools to diagnose and resolve product and technical issues.
- Create reports using existing tools with assistance and collaboration of Finance, Accounting, Sales and Marketing teams
- Develop and assist and creating new processes to automate tasks for the company and document those steps in a clear and understandable manner for end-users
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of ERP and Financial systems. SAP S/4 HANA preferable
- Knowledge of Linux Systems. RHEL preferable (cron, logging, ssh, etc.)
- Knowledge of shell scripting (BASH)
- Some knowledge of Python and JavaScript (node.JS, Express)
- Application and routing protocol knowledge; advanced TCPIP, routing, NAT, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, Firewalls, QoS
- Working knowledge of Internet Services: Web Services, Media Servers, Proxy services, browser and media player operations.
- Ability to conduct analysis of facts, info gathering, and create effective test plans
- Ability to automate repeatable tasks.
- Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting methodologies
- Must be a complete team player and work well in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn technologies quickly and proficiently
- Good analytical problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Flexible with the aptitude to manage multiple tasks and meeting critical timelines
