Job Description
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Guideline, Work Instruction, Form, Letter in the company with all department
- Translate OY! Indonesia departments procedure flow into process flow diagram
- Liase with all departments related to the documents update
- Help to prepare & organize internal and external audits for ISO 9001, 27001 and 37001
- Maintain the Document Management System & Document Master List
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 1-2 years experience in business process management is a plus point
- Familiar with using Google Workspace
- Understand & able to create process flow diagrams using software (such as Visio, draw. io, etc)
- Having good skills in communication and detailed orientation;
- Fluent in English
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Financial Technology process is a plus point
