Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Designing & implementing test automation strategy.
- Work together with product teams to set goals, define roadmaps, and build systems that maximize ease of use, innovation, performance, scalability and reliability.
- Help develop new initiatives and improve the testing culture of the entire engineering team.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of 3 - 5 persons.
Things we look for:
- Excellent in testing automation tools (web/backend/mobile app).
- Experience on API test automation, including performance and load test.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in QA Automation.

- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
