Job Description
- Provide day to day IT related assistance to specific site or team
- Support hardware, software, and network related issues
- Maintain optimum capacity of equipment
- Purchase, track, and order additional or new equipments as needed
- Report expenses to Operations Director
- Provide recommendation on system related updates and new hardware needed
Minimum Qualifications
- IT graduate preferred
- QA from a BPO company preffered
- BPO experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
