Job Description
- In charge of over-all construction operations for live projects of Affordable Housing Team.
- Facilitates preparation and acquisition of necessary permits related to construction and development.
- Prepares cost estimates and cross-checks against budget or anticipated costs.
- Attends to clients' technical inquiries from time to time.
- Analyzes data, statistics and other information and consolidate the same through report.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent.
- Substantial experience in horizontal developments including land development works.
- Proficient in doing cost estimates and project management.
- Knowledgeable in BP 220; PD 957, and Building Code of the Philippines.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sto. Tomas and/or Lipa, Batangas.
