Job Description
- Responsible for organising and overseeing internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, often managing a team of auditors.
- Oversee the review process then make any necessary recommendations to change policies, implement new systems or even change employee roles and team structures.
- Work directly with the Finance Director and company directors.
- Ultimately helps companies fulfil their obligations to internal and external compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and program
- Investigate and determine causes of irregularities, and errors
- Recommend corrective action and suggest improvement
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
