Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
- Preferably knowledgeable in Windows and Mac Operating System
- troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Build and install PCs, telephone systems(pabx, iphone), wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure
- Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1.5 years working experience as Technical Support/PC Support doing Hands on Troubleshooting(Hardware, Software, Network)
- Experienced in Technical Troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, Ticketing system and basic Networking
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mckinley, Taguig
- Amenable in 24x7 schedule (Shifting)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
