Job Description
- Gather all related data to create flow analysis for the company
- Forecast cash flow positions as whole and for complex projects, related to borrowing needs and available funds for investment
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements especially for complex deals
- Use hedging to mitigate financial risk related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on it's foreign exchange positions
- Maintain banking relationships
- Maintain credit rating with Bank
- Help monitor the equity and debt financing ratio
- Invest excess funds if necessary
- Advise management on the liquidity aspects of it's short and longrange planning
- Oversee the extensions of credit term provided by the vendor
- Maintain system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activites
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have at least a total of 5 years experience in Treasury
- Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Strong understanding of hedging, investments, bank account management and international funds flow
- Preferably coming from a manufacturing or IT Solutions Industry
- Applicants must be willing to work in The Fort,BGC.
- Preferably Supervisor / Level 5 / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
