Job Description
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join our young and stellar team as Operations Specialist. Selected candidates join our growing team as important crew members who are directly responsible for ensuring holistic operational excellence. Being the startup that we are, outstanding candidates will have ample opportunities to rise through the ranks.
Main tasks:
- Acquires a broad-based understanding of e-commerce logistics.
- Manages a team of Operational Assistants and frontline personnel (delivery riders) in achieving both personal and team-level KPIs.
- Takes ownership of a team and be responsible for ensuring operational excellence.
- Ensuring that everything necessary is doneto enhance the process management in the company's operation.
- Communicates clearly and work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes.
Open to work on a MONDAY to SATURDAY schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
- A good degree in any field of study, in addition to being street smart.
- Prior experience with a start-up will be a huge plus.
- Outstanding drive and innate intelligence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Can adapt, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Extremely self-motivated, organized, and responsible.
- Problem solver with high level of computer proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Could grasp and give an extensive analysis of the given data or information.
