Job Description
- Maintain Candidate Trackers, Sourcing Reports, and Weekly Status Updates for ongoing recruitment activities
- Execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost-effective and timely filing of roles
- You will work closely with the Senior Recruiter to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness.
- Responsible for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that the candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into
- Process applications from different sourcing channels
- Develop a Pool Pipeline for potential job openings
- Respond to applicant inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Stay abreast of applicant sourcing best practices and share improvement recommendations
- Participate in job fairs for government and university events
- Attend calibration meetings with hiring managers
- Manage relationships with potential candidates
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate
- At least 6 months experience in sourcing preferably in a recruitment firm
- Above average English communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at using computer applications like Excel and Word
- Detail oriented and has a high aptitude for learning
- Flexible and self-motivated
