Job Description
- Calibrate manpower needs with hiring managers
- Responsible for relationship building with hiring managers, applicants, and recruitment team
- Determine manpower forecasting and anticipate recruiting needs
- Analyze and improve recruitment processes and key performance indicators
- Map out effective recruitment strategies and processes
- Collaborate with agencies and/or schools and participate in various job fairs and career events
- Supervise Senior Recruiters by setting team goals and targets, and monitor progress against the KPIs
- Mentor team in recruitment strategies and in utilizing various recruitment resources
- Prepares recruitment update reports
- Maintain the Candidate and/or Pool Tracker for applicants’ status
- Evaluate the company’s and attrition rate and formulate employee retention plans if needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition
- At least 3-5 years of experience in all levels of Recruitment; supervisory background preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management skills
- Can handle and maintain confidential information
