Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Recruiter)  

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to bring exceptional & culture-aligned talent in their respective fields to Niagahoster. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will identify, seeking, receiving, tracking, negotiating with candidates (end-to-end recruiting), and promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work." Moreover, you will act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and early working days. Lastly, we expect you to produce a comprehensive evaluation through various assessment tools in the course of the selection process continuous improvement in recruitment marketing, acquisition strategy, candidate experience, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy;
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc;
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
• Screen candidates resume and job applications;
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong decision-making skills;
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks;
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs);
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations;
• English communication.
