Job Description
- Devises strategies to drive online traffic to the agency website and community page.
- Tracks conversion rates and making improvements to client.
- Develops and manages digital marketing campaigns for live client campaigns.
- Utilizes a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC.
- Oversees the social media strategy for the live digital campaigns of client brands.
- Manages online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Plans and controls budgets of all digital communication campaigns.
- Engages customers and manages communities for live client campaigns.
- Evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
- Reviews new technologies and keeps the agency at the forefront of developments in digital communications.
- Develops strategies which seem fit for the social media department’s competency.
- Assumes accountability on every account managed and ensures client objectives are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Social Media related work
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
