Job Description
- Conduct daily administrative tasks to help ensure that the accounting systems used by MBSI (internally or for a client) runs smoothly
- Be able to provide timely resolutions to problems encountered and be able to identify potential problems before they become an incident
- Be able to provide the needed setup and enhancements (within the bounds of the features of the Accounting system) by the users/clients
- To be able to get the confidence of the client through skills, ingenuity, service orientation to the client and ability to carry out his/her role as an Accounting System Specialist
- To study newer versions and newer accounting systems in order to come up with an assessment and recommendation
- Technical documentation for the Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Provide specialist technical advise to clients and troubleshooting for accounting systems
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Accounting-related course
- Must have understanding or at least 1-2 years of training/using Excel or any Accounting system (Quickbooks, Xero, Peachtree, MYOB)
- Knowledgeable of accounting procedures, policies, regulations, and rules
- Possess time management, research, communication and organizational skills
- Certificate of Training Completion for any accounting system is an advantage
- Willing to render OT and client visits
