Job Description
Job Purpose
– This role is responsible for providing customer support to the agents and customers. It includes answering queries, troubleshooting problems and other related concerns.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Reports to Product Manager
– Handle and manage customer service hotline (Including weekends)
– Answer queries and resolve problems of the agents related to the product
– Maintain high quality service and good communication etiquette to agents and customers
– Record all calls received from the hotline and report it to Product Team
– Aid activities related to agent network management
– Assist operations in product implementation
– Provide general support to product under the direction of Product Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Communication, Marketing or related course
- Experience in Customer Service, Administration and front line work an advantage
- Team player
- Passionate about working with communities, trustworthy, driven, assertive, persistent, enthusiastic, creative, patient and has strong leadership ability
- Flexible and able to interact with people from all walks of life
- Proficient in written and oral communications, both English and Filipino
- Exercises initiative and can work with minimal supervision
