Job Description
The Sales Coordinator is responsible to provide the necessary support to the field sales team and will become the point of reference for the sales organization, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance in the field and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. The Coordinator will harmonize the sales team by managing schedules of new incoming leads, processing and filing all documentation for a new account creation or equipment sale and tracking individual growth in line to corporate targets.
Principal responsibilities:
- Direct point of reference for all B2B & B2C salespeople
- Tracking & Processing of new account openings and equipment sales
- Processing and assigning of any account cancellation
- Monthly tracking of salespeople commissions
- Weekly Pipeline tracker
- Work in collaboration with Marketing team and keep abreast of upcoming campaigns
- Work with internal support teams to facilitate any new signings by salespeople
- Track & process all promotions “new account activation giveaways”
- Complete audit reports within 48 hours to help encourage sale
- One stop shop for all Pepco Corp sales force
- Work in collaboration with Customer Service to supply assistance with various Marketing schemes throughout the year
- Assist Sales Directors during weekly team meetings.
- Well organized
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years in similar role as a Sales Coordinator
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
- Interpersonal
- Ensure process of new sales
- Handling of administrative duties
- Proficiency using Microsoft office applications
