Chat Support Manager  

We are currently seeking for a Chat Support Manager who will assist in the continuous growth of our client who is the #1 Childcare App in Australia and New Zealand.

This position is ideal for anyone who is interested in engaging in quality conversations with our customers (parents and babysitters/nannies) and providing them guidance and support. You will ensure that our customer's immediate service needs are met by supporting customers via our in-app messaging and email channels (using Intercom).

Responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with new and existing customers and going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional level of service
• Answering questions about the service and how it works
• Updating and maintaining customer profiles and records as required
• Gathering information from customers to help our engineering team identify and resolving system bugs
• Identify common issues that could be resolved through better documentation or system fixes
• Create knowledge base articles for common issues to make it easier for customers to find their own answers to problems.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills - approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude
• Appreciation and interest in providing exceptional customer service
• Willing to work in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
