Job Description
Microsourcing Philippines Inc. is looking for an Accountant! Our client is a fast-growing E-commerce and Print-on-Demand platform based in Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Support with the management of our financial administration over 4 business entities
- Process all incoming invoices to be reflected properly in P&L and Balance sheet accounts (300 a month, 70+% automated)
- Process all revenue transactions to be reflected properly in P&L (20,000 a month, 95+% automated). Support the upgrade of this revenue acknowledgement process
- Support the weekly closure of consolidated P&L and Balance
- First contact in case of any questions or disputes regarding finance
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Must have relevant experience as an Accountant
- Ability to manage a financial administration
- Must have high affinity with numbers and have an analytical mindset
- Experience with features accounting software, Exact Online experience is an asset
- Must have good communication skills as you will be working with an international team spanning multiple nationalities
