- Assisting Traffic Coordinator in performing daily activities, mainly in monitoring and documenting work load as well as timeline for operational divisions in relation to the projects, for both pitching and running clients
- Assist Traffic Coordinator in becoming source of information in relation to project tasks and progress of the operational teams
- Making sure that operational teams are submitting output according to brief and job cards
- Arranging meetings and other ways to allow for smooth internal coordination
Minimum Qualifications
Min. Diploma (D3) degree or vocational school in secretary
No formal job experience is required, but experience in handling multiple types of people and administrative work will be preferred
Have these skills:
- Excellent in using Microsoft Excel and similar software (such as Google Sheets)
- High communication and interpersonal skills
- Mid to advanced writing skills, both in Indonesian and English
- Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
