Job Description
The Fraud Investigation Officer shall primarily be responsible for the timely investigation and resolution of customer fraud related disputes/complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Shall follow approved policies and guidelines when resolving a case.
- Responsible to review all angles of the fraud case.
- Ensure cases for investigation are closed within set turn-around time and escalate issues that would prevent such.
- Responsible for investigating fraud loss incidents to determine root causes and points of failure as well as to establish the validity of customer claims.
- Ensures that all fraud-related disputes are resolved within the prescribed turn-around-time and in compliance with the set policies and procedure.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of four year business related course
- With at least 3 years experience in the same role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to be assigned on shifting schedule
