- Work alongside the Art Director to support the vision of projects and effectively communicate that vision through innovative and targeted design and/copy
- Help develop creative strategies and innovative solutions to solve marketing and communication challenges
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure on-brand design, accurate message content, and adherence to the company's objectives
- Receive constructive direction and translate feedback into design deliverables in order to meet creative goals and business needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or equivalent
- Preferably with six (6) months to one (1) year relevant work experience in graphic design or multimedia design
- Must be proficient in Design Composition, Graphic Design, Video Rendering, and use of different platforms such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and the like.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Must have the ability to multi-task effectively
- Flexible, highly motivated, and committed
- A team player who can work with minimal supervision
