Job Description
- Provides effective and specific training to employees with regards to their position and their functions.
- Monitors and reviews the progress of trainees through questionnaires, actual assessment and discussion with managers and supervisors.
- Collaborates with individual departments/supervisors and managers to outline deliverables, expectations and risks, to include specific training needs for employees.
- Prepares training need materials for in-house courses.
- Ensures that statutory training requirements are met.
- Amends and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
- Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
- Researches new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
- Designs and expands training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
- Formulates individual learning plans.
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
- Performs other related functions as deemed necessary assigned to him/her by the HR & Admin Manager from time to time.
- Performs field works and activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communications Engineering)
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalen
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
