Job Description
- In charge of internal recruitment
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Handles the payroll of the employees.
- Enhances the system and operations of human resources department by recommending new approaches, policies and procedures for continual improvements of the employees.
- Prepares and conducts orientation and training programs.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
Minimum Qualifications
- Background in Human Resource or related field for at least 2 years
- Good with management of people
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
