Job Description
Job Purpose: A Creative Administrator’s main role is to coordinate with the Sales and Accounts Managers and post-production suppliers for post-production needs, and deliverables and manages the artists’ tasks and deadlines on the side.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Reports to the office on Mondays to Fridays, 10am-7pm.
- Ensures that all raw photo files are backed up for all Boracay, Manila and international weddings.
- Assigns job orders for editing of photos and other requests from the different departments of Mayad Creatives distributes assignments to the artists.
- Motivation – is able to know how to drive the team to produce results.
- Inspiration – creates an environment where people are driven to create masterpieces that will result to be a trend. Exposing the team to areas where they can be more creative will help. Seminars and workshops would be a good avenue for ideas as well.
- Achieves 3 albums a month per artist.
- Assists Art Director on weekly meeting with the team – keeping the team in the right direction of getting things done.
- Collaborates with Internal Accounts Manager and Art Director for the production of packaging for Mayad Creatives.
- Edits and prints the ‘Dear you’, take care notes and 5x5 bevania to be placed in the packagings of Mayad Creatives.
- Takes charge in placing the clients’ prints and other photo package inclusions, after completion of editing (6-8months), in their respective packagings.
- Teams up with Internal Accounts Manager and Art Director to review and approve quality of the packagings.
- Gives the final packagings to the Assistant Equipment Manager for sending to clients’ home or preferred address which will be sourced from the Sales and Accounts manager/s. (for shipping only)
- Collaborates with Internal Accounts Manager in dealing with the suppliers for Mayad Creatives.
- Gives the tracking form to the Sales and Accounts manager/s to be informed to the client.
- Runs other errands, mostly unforeseen, relate to the completion of photo and packaging needs.
