The Business Development Officer at Masungi Georeserve will help the organisation accelerate its mission and vision by creating new sources of revenue for the conservation area and its activities. Primarily he or she will handle the creation of events and meetings (MICE), teambuilding activities and other activities or services at the georeserve.
Sample tasks include:
- Development and marketing of meetings and events packages and services
- Development and and marketing of lodging services
- Development and marketing of F&B services
We are looking for someone who has the passion, vision and determination to help create a one of a kind destination in the Philippines focused on conservation, education and sustainable development. We expect this person to be a leader in the organisation. He or she will be assigned at our QC office with regular visits to the site in Baras, Rizal.
Minimum Qualifications

- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent strategy formulation and implementation

- Project management and leadership skills
- Wants to contribute to conservation advocacy
