Project Assistant  

The Project Assistant will assist the project manager with day to day operations of the site with regards to various administrative and human resources tasks.

His or her tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

• Administration and Coordination
• Recruitment and Community Relations
• Record-keeping and Information Management
• Creating and improving human resource policies
• Issuing and impleenting memos and appraisals
• Performance management, evaluations and compensation
• Training and development initiatives
• Management of staff houses and property
• Personnel welfare and company events

We are located along Km. 47 of Marcos Highway. It is ideal that the candidate is a local or resides in a nearby location from the site such as Antipolo, Baras, Tanay, or Morong. However, housing may also be discussed for non-locals.

• Can do various administrative and coordination tasks;
• Can accomplish human resources operations, from recruitment, personnel supervision, evaluation and development;
• Able to work in an outdoor environment and with workers and community membersof different levels and backgrounds;
• Can work independently with minimal supervision;
• Critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving skills;
• Trustworthiness, integrity and loyalty;
• Adaptable and flexible for other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager;
• Proactiveness and self-discipline;
• An interest or passion for environmental conservation / sustainable tourism.
