Job Description
We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist to be part of Magic's Internal Team! You’ll be responsible for effectively identifying and generating potent sources of talent leads through strategic and digital initiatives aligned with hiring plans and goals.
Job Type: Full-Time, Work from home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM PHT
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source for digital platforms where recruitment ads will have high visibility to generate a healthy pool of talent leads
- Create and place ads in identified platforms that exemplify the employer brand of Magic
- Plan and implement digital events or partner with external organizations to increase Magic’s visibility in the talent industry
- Support the Recruitment Manager in establishing a recurring social media calendar
- Handles all administrative or transactional processes if needed
- Audits and checks the uniformity of ads and monitoring if leads from different channels are being utilized by the recruiters to maximize output
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Business or Marketing course
- With least 2 years of experience in advertising, or recruitment marketing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Creative and innovative – works with agility
- Detail-oriented, organized, can handle pressure and concurrent tasks
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
- Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
- 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
