Job Description
- Manages the customer support channels from calls to social media chats etc.
- Provides information on products and services.
- Manages and resolves product or partner-related issues and concerns.
- Acts as a conduit of happiness and good vibes for customers.
- Coordinates with different teams to investigate product or partner-related issues and bring them to the attention of the appropriate channels.
