- Recommends strateghic programs and activities that would enhance and further the operations of the propert/mall assignment
- Supervision of all contracted service providers to ensure proper upkeep of the mall, including its amenities, utilities, equipment, machineries and facilities in accordance with Company Standards of aesthetics, safety, cleanliness, upkeep and orderliness.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the entire mall premises at all times, primarily the common areas, perimeter and open spaces, administrative offices, employee and customer facilities, engineering and equipment facility areas and all other non-leasable facilities.
- Plans, coordinates, administers and implements janitorial, housekeeping and landscaping services, including minor carpentry, repainting works, leakage inspections, within limits provided by policy such as those not requiring new design, change in specifications, and within budget limits.
- Other administrative and mall operations functions
- Conducts administrative functions; such as, updating mall files, checklists, preventive maintenance, and others, as well as prepare periodic reports on status of repairs/maintenance works, contructions and renovations, utility consumption and incident report, audit findings, approval of standard documents and forms, etc.
- Performs periodic billing of services rendered by mall contractors to tenants with proper mark-up.
- Formalizes tenant deficiencies in accordance with company standards.
- Facilitate insurance claims and process insurance documentation requirements.
- Other mall management duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time to the best interest of the property.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any of the following courses: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Architecture, Interior Design or Property Management. Professional License (Board Passer) is a plus.
- Must have knowledge an experience in Mall and Facilities Management or Engineering Maintenance Services
- Knowledgeable in Environmental, Safety and Health Standards
- Preferably at supervisory level with at least 5 years work experience in mall management or in a commercial setting.
- Above average analytical, communication, written and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Tenant Relations and Budget Management
