Logistics Analyst  

Position Purpose:

To administer all outbound and reverse logistics processes such as booking of local provincial deliveries, coordinating of required daily delivery and pullout permits, review of local forwarder’s and trucking freight quotation, realigning daily delivery schedule based on priority and window time, reporting delivery status, and provides a logistics transaction report for management.

Description of Duties:

• In-charge in managing to have optimum daily delivery schedule and coordinates it to 3rd party truckers and couriers
• Ensures to have the minimum cost of daily delivery and communicating with the internal clients all possible changes in schedule.
• Ensures timely pick-up of scheduled returns from store or sale event
• Ensures timely delivery of orders in complete and served in an accurate manner for both quantity and quality.
• In charge in accepting or rejecting misaligned delivery request from internal clients
• Checks and ensures that all outgoing prepared stocks for deliveries are properly accounted
• Plans and coordinates the schedule to warehouse by printing the GI putaway needed for the following day delivery
• Prepare and consolidates all daily delivery documents and ensuring the return of the required received and signed copy of document for collection.
• In-charge with other administrative task (petty cash monitoring, etc)
• May be assigned in other warehouse duties and responsibilities as needed.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in Delivery and Transportation Scheduling / or any related experience

• Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
