Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource executives;
- Compile, update employee records and ensure confidentiality of information;
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations);
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys);
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
- Assist in payroll preparation;
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems;
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field;
- Preferably with 1 year work-related experience;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Ability to identify priorities, organize and manage time effectively.
