Executive Assistant  

xSwap is a startup fintech company aiming to develop innovative game changing solutions in the currency exchange industry. We are looking for passionate individuals who are team players, at the same time industrious, open minded, and outgoing.

The Executive Assistant's main goal is to ensure that internal office operations are running smoothly, from an administrative perspective. He/she should be ready and willing to provide support to the best of his/her abilities in case other members of the team may need it.

• Manages office administration and operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Communicates with outsourced functions, suppliers, and partners.
• Supports the members in the team in any assistance that they may need
• Organizes, processes, and maintains files and documents.
• Schedules and manages appointments and engagements for the team.
• Handles basic customer inquiry or servicing.
• Facilitates other administrative tasks that may be required by the business.

• Strong skills in communication, presentation, organization, and planning.
• Articulate in English and Filipino.
• Willing to work for a startup and go beyond the job description when called for.
• Open minded and passionate about disruptive and game changing business models.
• Must be very personable.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Team player and willing to learn.
