•Participating in End to End recruitment efforts
•Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
•Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
•Ensuring that the background and reference checks are completed
•Preparing the new employee files
•Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
•Administering new employment assessments
•Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
•Aggressive: Self-motivated; Goal-oriented
•Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- At least 6 months to 1-year work experience in Recruitment and Selection.( end to end Recruitment)
- Required Skill(s): Interview Skills,Strong Personality, Organized, Punctual, Keen to details, Goal-oriented, Result-oriented, Communication Skills, Customer Service, MS Office, Creative, and Approachable.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
