- Handles, monitors and manage bank/s (Loan proceeds and DI) A/R assigned by the Bank Coordinators and Team Leader
- Regular and timely updates of the following items in A/R tracker and making sure that his/ her team of BC's do the same
- Status of Accounts within the day the status was given
- Confirmation of those transmitted accounts within the day the DC reported it.
- Confirmation of those complied docdefs within the day the DC complied it
- Posting of collections within the day (lates is until 10:30am)
- Regular sending of statement of account to counterpart MA's
- Reconciliation of A/R between Dealerpro/ AMIS accounting vs. A/R tracker
- Proper filing and organization of the documents such as DCR in times of Audit activity
- Regular follow up via call and or/ email to MA's with regard to A/R status
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required Skills(s): Proficient in MS Excel
- Organize; systematic and has keen eyes on details.
- Can work under pressure with under minimum supervision.
- Detail oriented and has a strong self-motivation.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
