- Handles a group of Bank coordinators
- Handles, monitors and manage bank/s (loan proceeds and DI) A/R assigned by the department head
- Regular and timely updates of the following items in A/R tracker and making sure that:
- Status of accounts - within the day the status was given.
- Confirmation of those transmitted accounts- within the day the DC reported it
- Confirmation of those complied doc defs - within the day the DC complied it.
- Posting Collections- within the day (latest is until 10:30 am)
- Regular Sending of Statement of Account to counterpart MA's and/ or Channel Heads;
- Meet with the Bank Channel Heads and/ or Department Head of their assigned Banks and his/ her Team, not only to get status but also to negotiate those accounts that can be negotiated;
- Reconciliation of A/R between Dealerpro/ AMIS Accounting vs. A/R Tracker
- Proper filing and organization of the documents such as DCR in times of Audit Activity;
- Timely submission of reports needed such as:
- Daily projection and actual collection report (individually and as a Team);
- Monthly AR report (every third Friday of the month)
- Board Report (every 23rd of the month)
- Do other task assigned from time to time by C&C Department Head and other Company Higher Management related to assigned task.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/ Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/ Professional License Exam), Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/Administration/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Finance -General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Basic Accounting.
- Ability to perform detailed numerical computations and reports.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
