Job Description
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and Competency Profiling
- Develop and review course materials
- Prepare training logistics
- Facilitate trainings
- Summarize training evaluations and assessment reports
- Monitor training implementation
- Prepare hr reports
- Assist in the roll out of organization development and employee engagement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology Behavioral Science/Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field
