Job Description
- Overall management of Operations (Teachers) and Workforce
- Create and implement processes relevant to Operations
- Liaise with oursourcing clients to determine Teacher requirements
- Own the expansion strategy in terms of operational requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 3 years working experience in a progressive Call Center environment, preferably in the same capacity
- Should be a graduate of any 4-year college or university course
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with start-up accounts or companies will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to work in Pasig City
